マルチオミックスデータのデータ解析業務。具体的な職務内容は以下の通りです。
1）次世代シーケンサーのデータ解析
2）空間発現解析データの解析用パイプラインの構築・運用
3）プロテオームデータ解析用プログラムの構築運用
4）研究者からの要請に応じたデータ解析サービスの提供
今回は空間発現解析を中心に測定データの解析業務に貢献頂ける方を募集いたします。
事業拡大の為の増員になります。
空間発現解析や大規模のプロテオミクスアプリケーション等、最先端の技術を用いた研究に貢献できます。
