●創薬標的分子と薬剤候補物質の複合体構造解析を通じて、各種モダリティの創薬研究における分子設計を支援し、薬理研究者・モダリティ研究者とともに創薬プロジェクトを推進する。
●SBDD関連技術の導入・高度化および各種モダリティへの適用範囲の拡大を推進する。

●製薬企業、ベンチャー企業においてSBDD担当者として創薬研究に携わった経験
●構造生物学全般にわたる知識、特にタンパク質・薬剤複合体の結晶構造解析の経験
●構造研究用の標的タンパク質の設計、発現、精製等の経験
＜尚可＞
●クライオ電子顕微鏡やその他手法を活用した構造生物学研究の経験
●Linuxワークステーション設定、計算化学ツールに関する基礎知識
●英語でのコミュニケーションスキル
●プロジェクトマネジメントまたはチームリーダーの経験
●博士学位保有
