●ソフトウェア（Python、Pipeline Pilot等）の活用スキル
●英語でのコミュニケーションスキル
●有機合成化学を用いた創薬研究の実務経験
●プロジェクトマネジメントまたはチームリーダーの経験
●博士号取得者
