■ プログラム／プロジェクト推進
担当プログラムのオーナーとして、品質・納期・収益性の目標達成に責任を持ち、量産立上げまでをリード
プログラム全体を俯瞰し、中長期的な視点で戦略立案および推進を実施
プロジェクトレビューの実施、課題・リスクの特定および対策の推進
エスカレーション対応や関係部門との調整を通じて、プロジェクト遂行上の障害を解消
