・組織設計、人員計画、人材配置および後継者計画の策定
・採用、異動、評価、育成、タレントマネジメントの推進
・労務課題、従業員対応、労使対応などの人事課題の解決
・組織開発、人事制度運用、エンゲージメント向上施策の企画・実行
・人事データ分析や経営層への提言を通じた組織力強化の支援
