・月次・四半期・年次決算の取りまとめ、財務諸表の作成・本社への財務・業績報告および問い合わせ対応
・年度予算・業績見通しの策定、予算と実績の差異分析
・事業部門別・製品別の収益性分析、製造原価・在庫の管理・資金繰り、キャッシュフローおよび運転資金の管理
・GMへの業績報告、経営判断に必要な財務分析資料の作成
・事業計画、設備投資、新規案件等の採算性検討
・営業・製造・購買等の各部門と連携した収益改善・コスト管理
・税理士、金融機関との連携および対応
・本社の会計方針に基づく内部統制の整備・運用、監査対応
・経理業務の効率化、業務プロセス・システムの改善・経理担当者の業務支援・育成および将来的な部門運営

【必須要件】
・事業会社における経理・財務の実務経験
・月次・年次決算の実務経験および財務諸表に関する知識
・英語でのメール対応、資料の読解・作成ができる方
・社内各部門および米国本社と円滑に連携できるコミュニケーション力
・課題を把握し、主体的に業務改善に取り組める方
【歓迎要件】
・外資系企業における経理・財務業務の経験
・製造業における原価計算・在庫管理の経験
・予算策定、業績予測、管理会計・財務分析の経験
・米国会計基準および内部統制に関する知識・経験
・ERP等の会計システムの使用経験
・チームマネジメントまたはメンバー育成の経験
・英語での会議・電話対応ができる方
・日商簿記2級以上、または同等の会計知識を有する方
