子会社のFinance責任者として活躍いただきます。部下2名のマネジメントが発生いたします。
AccountingはAccoutantが対応するため、FP A領域メインの業務となります。
レポートラインは国内となります。

・Minimum 10 years of relevant Finance experience with strong experience in FP A including business partnering financial planning forecasting and financial analysis. Accounting and/or Controllership experience is preferred.
・Minimum 3 years of people management experience with demonstrated ability to lead and develop Finance professionals.
・Strong Finance Business Partnering capabilities with the ability to understand business drivers challenge assumptions constructively and influence business decisions.
・Strong analytical and problem solving skills including demonstrated experience in developing and implementing financial and operational performance indicators.
・Sound understanding of financial statements P L management working capital cash flow and financial controls.
・Ability to translate complex financial and operational information into clear actionable business insights.
・Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across functions and organizational levels.
・Strong sense of ownership accountability and resilience with a proactive and self driven approach.
・Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands on execution.
・Native level Japanese and fluent business level English both written and verbal.
