■主な業務内容
1．事業部門への法務・コンプライアンス支援
事業部門からの相談を受け、法務・コンプライアンスの観点から支援します。
・新規事業に関する法務支援
・許認可取得に関する支援
・M Aに関する法務対応
・コンプライアンス体制の構築
・企業リスク管理に関する支援
「リスクがある」と伝えるだけではなく、事業部門と一緒に解決策を考え、前に進めていく姿勢が求められます。
2．契約書のレビュー・作成
事業活動に必要となるさまざまな契約書について、レビュー・作成を行います。
・人材派遣に関する契約
・業務委託契約
・システム開発に関する契約
・その他、事業に関連する契約
日本語だけでなく、英語の契約書にも対応していただきます。
3．国内外のグループ会社との連携
国内外のグループ会社にある法務・コンプライアンス部門と連携しながら、グローバルな案件にも対応します。
具体的には、
・グループ共通のポリシーの導入・改定
・AIに関する法務対応
・データプライバシーに関する対応
・Legal Operation（法務業務をより効率的に進めるための仕組みづくり） など
4．労務コンプライアンスに関する案件対応
労務コンプライアンスチームと連携し、関連する案件への対応を行います。

・企業の法務部門における10年以上の法務経験
・流暢な日本語力（外国籍可）
・ビジネスレベルの英語力
・リスクを指摘したり契約書をレビューしたりするだけでなく、事業部門と一緒に解決策を考え、前に進める姿勢
・ITコンサルティングやAI技術の活用に対する強い興味・関心
【歓迎】
・弁護士資格（日本/米国/その他）
・ITコンサルティング業界でのご経験
