Job Description
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities in compliance with local accounting standards and company policies.
- Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, and intercompany transactions.
- Support preparation of financial statements and management reports.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting or finance experience, preferably within an international company.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and month-end closing processes.
- Experience handling AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Native-level Japanese language proficiency.
- Business-level English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency in accounting/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc. preferred).
