急拡大する日本のデータセンター市場で、プロジェクトポートフォリオの責任と事業開発の両方を担うポジションです。

【業務内容】

日本国内におけるデータセンターのホワイトスペースおよびITインフラ関連プロジェクトの遂行を統括し、ICT技術者チームをマネジメントしていただきます。オペレーションディレクターと連携してプロジェクト事業を共同で運営し、案件パイプラインの構築、入札・提案に向けたソリューション設計、経営層への市場機会の報告を担当します。

複数顧客との関係を信頼できるアドバイザーとして担い、プロジェクトを納期・予算・安全面で確実に完遂。リスクとキャッシュフローを管理し、自社チームおよび協力会社の安全基準を高い水準で維持していただきます。

Japan's data center market is expanding fast. This role combines project portfolio ownership with real business development.

【What you'll do】

You'll lead the delivery of data center whitespace and technology infrastructure projects across Japan, managing a team of technical ICT professionals. Working with the Operations Director, you'll co-own the projects business: building the pipeline, shaping solutions for bids and proposals, and keeping senior management informed about market opportunities.

You'll look after a portfolio of client relationships as a trusted adviser, ensure projects finish on time, on budget and safely, manage risk and cash flow, and keep safety standards high across your own team and subcontractors.

【応募資格】

・クリティカル環境／データセンターICTプロジェクトの経験10年以上（契約単位でのポートフォリオ管理経験）

・案件開拓・パイプライン構築、入札・提案の経験3年以上

・チームマネジメント経験

・高い影響力と交渉力、日本の商習慣・事業指標への理解

・建設安全関連法規の知識

【歓迎条件】

・電気施工管理技士、電気主任技術者、電気工事士、電気通信工事施工管理技士などの資格

・日本のデータセンター／建設市場に関する知見

・ビジネスレベルの日本語（JLPT N2以上）および英語 ※日本語のみ・英語のみの方も歓迎

【What you bring】

・10+ years in critical environment / data center ICT projects, managing portfolios at contract level

・3+ years developing opportunities and pipelines; bids, tenders and proposals

・Team leadership experience

・Strong influencing and negotiation skills; understanding of Japanese commercial metrics

・Knowledge of construction safety law

【Nice to have】

・Electrical / telecom construction management licences (電気施工管理技士, 電気主任技術者, 電気工事士, 電気通信工事施工管理技士)

・Japan data center / construction market knowledge

・Business Japanese (JLPT N2+) and business English — monolingual candidates also welcome
