A global commercial vehicle manufacturer is looking for a Treasury Accountant. The selected candidate will support group consolidation, standalone closing, transactional accounting, internal control, and accounting system support in preparation for business integration. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general accounting tasks, including journal entry creation and input, cash management, accounts payable and receivable management, closing operations, and preparation of financial statements and consolidated packages
• Manage fixed assets, including asset capitalisation
• Prepare documents related to corporate law
• Respond to statutory audits
• Manage subsidiaries in the U.S., Portugal, and other locations
• Monitor and analyse budget and actual figures
• Manage receivables and payables, including account reconciliation, payment operations, and handling inquiries and consultations from various departments
• Handle financial operations, including fundraising and fund management, bank transfer payments, petty cash management, and inventory management
• Respond to tax audits
• Manage budgets for assigned departments and carry out cost reduction activities
• Provide consultation on accounting treatment and tax matters for new businesses and transactions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in accounting, management, or a related field
• Expert experience in "hedge accounting"
• 3-5 years of accounting experience or more than 3 years of experience in an auditing firm
• More than 3 years of practical accounting experience (budgeting, financial closing, tax, cost management, etc.)
• Knowledge of financial reporting, accounting, IFRS, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Business-level English (TOEIC 750+)

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in auditing and consulting at an auditing firm
• Experience in treasury operations or hedge accounting
• Accounting certifications such as CPA (including overseas) or tax accountant certification
