北海道大学発のスタートアップ企業の当社にて、メカノケミカル技術を用いた有機合成の研究開発から、協業先企業とのプロジェクトマネジメント、将来的な量産化検討まで幅広く担当頂きます
【研究開発・試作】
■ボールミル等の攪拌装置を用いた、無溶媒・低溶媒合成技術の研究開発
■新しい反応メカニズムの探索、実用化に向けた試作・評価
■研究段階から量産段階への移行を見据えたスケールアップ技術の立案・検討
【プロジェクトマネジメント・協業対応】
■協業先企業ニーズに基づいた研究計画の立案・検討
■ミーティングでの進捗報告、報告書の作成
■協業先とのコミュニケーションおよび調整業務
