5. Good troubleshooting, problem-solving and communication skills.

6. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Desired skills:

• Experience with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform.

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes or CI/CD pipelines.

• Exposure to financial technology, trading systems or market data.

• A degree or background in Computer Science or a related field.

• Japanese and English communication skills.

• An interest in scalable infrastructure and high-performance systems.
