ニューヨークに拠点を置く大手金融機関にて、Structured Finance Officerを募集します。プロジェクトファイナンス案件の審査・管理業務を中心に、クレジット分析、案件モニタリング、スポンサー・金融機関との関係構築などを担当いただくポジションです。
職務内容
新規プロジェクトファイナンス案件のデューデリジェンスおよび信用分析
クレジット申請書および内部格付資料の作成
社内稟議およびクレジット承認プロセスの推進
法務チームと連携したドキュメンテーション対応
既存案件のモニタリングおよび管理
Waiver・Amendment対応
内部格付レビューおよびレポーティング
スポンサー、金融アドバイザー、レンダーとの関係構築
新規案件発掘活動
プロジェクトファイナンス市場、規制、国・業界分析
業界イベント、カンファレンス参加
KYC等のオペレーション関連業務サポート
Senior Managerのレポーティング支援
応募資格
Finance、Economics、Accounting等関連分野の学士号
金融機関での実務経験5年以上
プロジェクトファイナンス業務経験1～3年以上
財務モデル分析経験
定性・定量両面での高い分析能力
Excel（Pivot Table、Macro含む）上級レベル
優れたコミュニケーション能力
チームプレイヤーとして業務遂行できる方
優遇される資格・スキル
スペイン語力歓迎
