POSITION TITLE　Staff Mobile Software Engineer

POSITION SUMMARY

In this position, you will help define the technical vision, architecture, and development strategy for next-generation mobility companion applications and related services, leading the delivery of scalable mobile experiences across iOS and Android platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Develop a cross-platform mobile application using Kotlin Multiplatform

• Build and maintain iOS applications with SwiftUI and Android applications with Jetpack Compose

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and cross-functional teams

• Participate in product definition and design discussions

• Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and feature development initiatives

• Define technical roadmaps and long-term architectural direction

• Drive system design and break down complex problems into executable development tasks

• Build prototypes to validate new ideas and technical feasibility

• Promote unit testing and integration testing best practices

• Design APIs and SDKs with external stakeholders

• Improve observability and support non-functional requirements

• Support software development processes within a highly regulated and safety-focused industry

QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years of experience developing customer-facing applications at scale

• Experience delivering software from concept through production

• Strong coding practices with a focus on maintainability and readability

• Experience with asynchronous programming, multithreading, dependency injection, and reflection

• Proven ability to mentor engineers through code reviews and technical guidance

• Positive team player with strong ownership and collaboration skills

SALARY　USD 200,000-230,000
