このポジションでは、ERP導入・移行プロジェクトにおいて顧客の業務要件を分析し、ソリューション設計、システム設定、データ移行、テスト、ユーザートレーニング、稼働支援まで一貫して担当し、業務変革の実現を支援します。

顧客へのヒアリングおよび業務分析
要件定義およびFit & Gap分析
ERPソリューション設計および設定
データ移行計画・実施支援
システムテストおよびUAT支援
ユーザートレーニング資料作成および教育実施
本番稼働支援および課題対応
プロジェクト管理およびステークホルダーとの調整
応募資格
ビジネス、会計、財務、情報システム、コンピュータサイエンス、または関連分野の学士号
ERP導入またはERPコンサルティング経験
ERPパッケージの実務経験
財務・会計・購買・販売・在庫管理などの業務知識
要件定義から本番稼働までのERP導入プロセスに関する理解
高いコミュニケーション能力および課題解決能力
歓迎要件
ERP導入またはコンサルティング経験3年以上
複数のERP導入プロジェクト経験
会計・財務業務に関する知識
ERPシステム移行経験
APIやミドルウェアを利用したシステム連携経験
BI／分析ツールの活用経験
多国籍企業での業務経験
ERP関連資格保有
