       Our client is Electrical wires, cables, and harnesses part manufacturing industry.They are looking for a potential candidate who can fulfill their requirement as following;

Position :                               Production Planning Specialist 

Location :                              Phanthong,Chonburi

Business Type :                    Electrical wires, cables, and harnesses 

Working day :                        Mon – Fri 

Benefit :

• Total Salary Package: 40,000 – 50,000 THB/ month (negotiate depend on experience)

• Bonus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply chain or Business Administration related field. 

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Production Planning or Planning Engineering. 

• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (mandatory). 

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and techniques. 

• Excellent organizational and time management skills. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. 

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities. 

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy.

• Job description

• Experience in Production Planning and/or Production Control within a manufacturing environment. 

• Proven experience in production scheduling, progress monitoring, and delivery control. 

• Ability to analyze production data, identify issues, and implement improvements. 

• Strong coordination and communication skills with cross-functional teams. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and production management systems. 

• Experience working in a Japanese manufacturing company. 

• Good understanding of MRP (Material Requirements Planning), inventory management, and capacity planning. 

• Ability to balance production efficiency, quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) targets. 

• Experience in demand forecasting, production planning, and inventory control to meet customer requirements. 

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, or continuous improvement activities is an advantage. 

• Ability to prepare and present production performance reports and KPI analysis. 

• Experience in coordinating with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, and Sales teams to ensure smooth operations. 

• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar manufacturing systems. 

• Good command of English communication, both written and spoken. 

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities to meet production and delivery deadlines.
