Job Description
JD:
Plan, organize, and control daily production activities to meet customer delivery requirements.
Monitor production schedules, manpower allocation, machine utilization, and production output.
Ensure production targets, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and efficiency KPIs are achieved.
Coordinate with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Tooling, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams.
Analyze production performance and implement corrective actions to improve productivity.
Manage injection molding processes for precision plastic components used in electronic products.
Optimize molding parameters, cycle times, machine efficiency, and material consumption.
Oversee mold setup, mold changeovers, process validation, and production startup activities.
Support new product introduction (NPI) and mass production transfer activities.
Ensure effective preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of molding equipment and molds.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree
Work experience in Injection and Extrusion processes
Available to start work in January 2027.
