Job Description
Our client, MNC Manufacturing Based Company, looking for suitable candidates
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Set up the site: premises fit-out, power and fibre, equipment installation, permits and vendors.
Hire and lead the team: recruit, train and manage about 30 operators, plus technicians and a shift lead.
Run daily operations: shift schedules, quality checks, safety, and weekly targets for output, data quality, robot uptime and cost.
Keep the robots running: first-line hardware and software troubleshooting, working with our engineers remotely
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in engineering or a related field
5+ years in operations, ideally electronics.manufacturing or technical operations, including launching a new site or production line.Experience hiring and managing teams of 20+
Experience with vendors, permits and facility setup
Comfortable with technology; automation, robotics or agentic AI tools a plus
