化学素材・食品・ライフサイエンス分野でグローバルに事業を展開する企業にて、サプライチェーンマネジメントの募集をしています。輸出入業務や国際物流管理を通じて、グローバルなサプライチェーンの円滑な運営を支える重要なポジションです。新設部署の立ち上げメンバーとして組織づくりにも関わることができ、事業拡大フェーズならではのやりがいを経験できます。
職務内容輸出入業務全般（書類作成・確認、通関関連対応）
国際物流の手配および管理（サンプル品含む）
フォワーダー、通関業者、顧客との調整業務
港湾・税関関連手続きのサポート
関税通知や貿易関連法規制の確認・情報収集
サプライチェーン全体の進捗管理、納期調整
在庫・出荷状況の管理およびレポーティング
日本本社および日系顧客との英語・日本語でのコミュニケーション
顧客工場や物流拠点への訪問対応
輸出入業務、貿易実務、物流・サプライチェーン管理の経験
ビジネスレベル以上の日本語能力および英語力
JLPT N2またはN3レベル相当の日本語力
社内外の関係者と円滑に調整・折衝できるコミュニケーション能力
貿易・物流に関する法規制や実務知識を学びながら業務を推進できる方
通関、フォワーダー、物流会社での実務経験歓迎
銀行の貿易金融部門や税関関連業務の経験歓迎
Customs Notificationや貿易関連法規の読解経験歓迎
日本での就業経験歓迎
