JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather and analyze business and system requirements. 

• Review functional, design, and interface specifications. 

• Perform gap analysis, impact assessment, and requirements clarification. 

• Analyze transaction flows, data mapping, and system integrations. 

• Coordinate with business, IT, vendors, and regional stakeholders. 

• Review solution designs and vendor deliverables. 

• Support project governance, risk management, and reporting. 

• Maintain project documentation and project status updates. 

• Support Cash Management, Payments, and Transaction Banking transformation projects.

   

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field. 

• Atleast 3 years' experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst. 

• Strong knowledge of Payments, Cash Management, or Transaction Banking. 

• Experience with requirements analysis, system design, and interface specifications. 

• Knowledge of data mapping, APIs, integrations, and transaction flows. 

• Experience in gap analysis, impact assessment, and solution review. 

• Exposure to CMS, ISO 20022, payment modernization, or banking transformation projects is good to have. 

• Familiarity with cloud, middleware, and system migration projects is good to have. 

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 

• Business-level English and Japanese proficiency (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with Japanese speaking clients and stakeholders.
