本ポジションでは、製造データや在庫情報の分析を通じて、効率的な生産計画の策定と安定した製品供給をサポートします。

SAPやIBPの使用経験がない方も、研修を通じて必要な知識を身につけられます。

• 生産計画、製造実績、在庫データの収集・分析による生産管理業務の支援

A leading automotive component manufacturer is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to work in Yokohama or east Shizuoka. It will support production planning, inventory management, and supply chain operations at its plant.

In this role, you will analyze manufacturing data, monitor inventory levels, and support efficient production planning to ensure reliable customer deliveries. Using Excel, SAP, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) systems, you will track operational KPIs, identify potential supply chain issues, and provide data-driven insights to improve manufacturing efficiency.

You will work within a small team responsible for domestic product planning and procurement, collaborating closely with manufacturing departments, suppliers, and overseas operations.

• Analyze production planning, manufacturing, and inventory data to support operational decision-making.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze supply chain data using Microsoft Excel, SAP, and IBP.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production schedules, inventory levels, and customer deliveries.
• Identify potential issues affecting manufacturing capacity, inventory efficiency, and supply chain performance.
• Collaborate with production and manufacturing departments to align production plans with customer delivery requirements.
• Support inventory control and procurement planning for domestically manufactured automotive components.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure timely material availability and production readiness.
• Prepare data analyses and operational reports to support production planning decisions.
• Communicate proactively with relevant departments to resolve production planning and supply chain challenges.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across production planning, inventory management, and supply chain operations.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 大学卒以上
• 関連実務経験 3年程度（例：製造業、サプライチェーン、物流、生産管理など）
• 数値データを分析し、製造・オペレーション情報を読み解く能力
• Microsoft Excel 中級（VLOOKUP、SUMIFなどの関数）
• Microsoft Word、PowerPointの基本的な操作スキル
• 普通自動車運転免許

• 社内部門や外部サプライヤーと円滑に連携し、主体的に調整を進めるコミュニケーション能力
• 計画上の課題を特定し、実務的な解決策の立案を支援する分析力・論理的思考力

• 日本語：流暢

• 生産計画または在庫分析の実務経験
• SAPまたはIBPの使用経験

• 自動車業界、または車載電子部品の製造に関する実務経験

• 3+ years of professional experience, preferably in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, production operations, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP and SUMIF.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong numerical analysis skills and the ability to interpret manufacturing and operational data.
• Ability to support production planning and inventory management through data analysis.
• Valid driver's license.

• Familiarity with procurement planning, inventory control, or supply chain KPI management.
