Job Description
Location: Osaka city (full-time, on-site)
Position Overview
We are looking for a Technical Lead to work on functional improvements of
Java-based enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will communicate
directly with customers in Japanese, understand and organize
requirements, and handle estimation, technical review, task breakdown,
and quality management.
Main Responsibilities
- Understand the business and system requirements of enterprise systems
- Confirm requirements and hold technical meetings with customers in Japanese
- Analyse change requests and verify their technical impact and dependencies
- Estimate effort and consider schedules and technical approaches
- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team

- 12+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of hands-on Java development experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Lead / Team Lead
- Java 11, JSP, Servlet, Spring MVC
- Solid knowledge and experience with SQL, Oracle, and RDBs
- Experience with legacy and enterprise systems
- Experience in requirements analysis and effort estimation
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience with enterprise system enhancement projects
- Git and/or SVN
