• AIガバナンス戦略の策定： 企業のAI活用方針に基づき、ポリシー、標準、ガイドライン、運用プロセスの策定・導入を支援。
• AIリスク評価・内部統制： AI活用に伴うリスクを評価し、ユースケース審査や承認プロセス、継続的なモニタリングの仕組みを設計。
• AI・データ・ITガバナンスの推進： データ品質、セキュリティ、プライバシー、説明可能性などを考慮し、AIモデルやデータのライフサイクル全体を対象とした統制を整備。
• AIシステム・クラウド基盤の構築： Azure、AWS、GCPなどを活用し、AI・機械学習・生成AIシステムの構想策定、設計、PoC、開発・導入を支援。
• ガバナンステクノロジーの導入： AI Inventory、AI Gateway、AI Monitoring、MLOps／LLMOpsなどの仕組みを設計・構築し、AI活用の可視化と統制の自動化を推進。
• 国内外の規制・ガイドラインへの対応： NIST AI RMF、ISO/IEC 42001、ISO/IEC 23894、EU AI Act、国内のAI関連ガイドラインなどを踏まえ、企業の実態に即した管理態勢を整備。
• プロジェクト推進・サービス開発： クライアントへの提案や案件形成、プロジェクト管理に加え、新規サービスの開発、ナレッジ共有、人材育成にも貢献。

As an AI Governance & Risk Consultant, you will help clients develop AI governance strategies, assess risks, and implement governance controls across AI systems and cloud infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to work with Generative AI, Azure, AWS, GCP, MLOps, and LLMOps, while supporting compliance with evolving Japanese and international AI regulations.

You will also contribute to developing new consulting services and expanding the firm's AI governance practice.

• Develop and implement AI governance strategies, policies, standards, guidelines, and operational frameworks aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct AI risk assessments, establish internal controls, and design AI use case review, approval, and continuous monitoring processes.
• Support AI, data, and IT governance initiatives covering data quality, security, privacy, transparency, and explainability.
• Design and implement AI, machine learning, and Generative AI solutions using cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Develop AI governance technologies, including AI Inventory, AI Gateway, AI Monitoring, AI lifecycle management, MLOps, and LLMOps.
• Advise clients on AI regulatory compliance, including NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, ISO/IEC 23894, the EU AI Act, and Japanese AI guidelines.
• Manage consulting projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and support clients from strategy development through technical implementation.
• Contribute to business proposals, new consulting service development, knowledge sharing, and team development.

• ITガバナンス、AIガバナンス、データガバナンスのいずれかに関するプロジェクト
• AI・機械学習システム、または生成AIシステムの開発・導入プロジェクト
• Azure、AWS、GCPなどのクラウドサービスを利用したシステム設計・構築プロジェクト
• クラウドサービスを利用したシステムの設計・構築プロジェクト経験
• 大学卒業以上（または同等の経験・知識）
• AI技術とビジネス課題、リスク管理、コンプライアンスの関係を理解し、実務に応用できる方。
• 戦略策定、要件定義からシステム実装・運用まで、プロジェクトを主体的に推進できる方。
• 大卒以上、または同等の学歴・資格をお持ちの方

• Experience in IT governance, AI governance, or data governance projects.
• Experience in the development or implementation of AI, machine learning, or Generative AI systems.
• Experience in cloud-based system architecture, design, or implementation.
• Experience in at least one of the three areas above, combined with practical experience in cloud service design and implementation projects using Azure, AWS, GCP, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in business operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to support projects from strategic planning and requirements definition through technical implementation and ongoing operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
