• 要件定義・仕様整理： 事業部門やプロダクトチームと連携し、業務要件を具体的なシステム仕様や開発タスクに落とし込む。
• プロジェクト管理： 開発スケジュール、タスク、進捗、成果物を管理し、リスク・課題・依存関係を先回りして解消する。
• 関係者との調整： 事業部門、プロダクトマネージャー、エンジニア、QA担当者、海外開発パートナーなど、多様な関係者と連携し、プロジェクトを推進する。
• 開発ライフサイクルの推進： 要件定義から開発、テスト、ユーザー受入テスト、リリースまで、一連の工程を管理する。
• 業務プロセスの改善： JiraやBacklogなどの管理ツールや生成AIを活用し、プロジェクト運営、ドキュメント管理、チームの生産性を改善する。

Based in Tokyo, you will bridge the gap between business requirements, product strategy and engineering delivery, ensuring that technology projects progress efficiently from initial planning through development, testing and release.

• Translate business requirements into clear system specifications and actionable development tasks, working closely with business stakeholders and product teams.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, establish delivery schedules and coordinate project milestones across system development initiatives.
• Monitor project progress, manage tasks and deliverables, and proactively identify risks, issues and dependencies that could affect delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, product managers, software engineers, QA teams and international development partners.
• Drive projects across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements definition and development through testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and production release.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions to clarify requirements, resolve issues and align technical solutions with business priorities.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, development specifications, task records and progress reports.
• Improve project management processes, delivery workflows and team efficiency through structured planning and continuous improvement.
• Use project management platforms such as Jira and Backlog to manage development tasks, monitor progress and maintain visibility across teams.
• Explore opportunities to leverage generative AI and modern development tools to improve documentation, coordination and project execution.

必須条件経験・資格：

• PM、PMO、プロジェクトリーダー、ソフトウェアエンジニア、ビジネスアナリストのいずれかの立場で、システム開発プロジェクトに参画した経験
• システム開発におけるスケジュール、タスク、課題、成果物の管理経験
• 業務要件やシステム仕様を整理し、開発チームに明確に伝えた経験
• Jira、Backlogなどのプロジェクト管理・チケット管理ツールの使用経験

• 課題解決力： 複雑な要件を整理し、根本原因を特定したうえで、実行可能な解決策を導き出せる方
• ステークホルダーマネジメント力： 関係者間の利害や優先順位を調整し、合意形成を推進できる方
• 主体性・オーナーシップ： 自ら課題や改善機会を見つけ、プロジェクトの成功に向けて主体的に行動できる方

• 日本語： ネイティブレベル（母国語でない方は日本語能力試験JLPT N1必須）

• Experience participating in system development projects as a Project Manager, PMO, Project Leader, Software Engineer or Business Analyst.
• Practical experience managing project schedules, tasks, issues and deliverables across software or system development initiatives.
• Experience gathering, organising and documenting business requirements or system specifications for development teams.
• Experience communicating requirements clearly to engineers, product teams and business stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience using Jira, Backlog or equivalent project management and ticketing tools.
• Understanding of system development workflows, project coordination and cross-functional delivery processes.

• Strong structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex requirements, identify root causes and develop practical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to align teams with different objectives and priorities.
• Effective facilitation skills to support discussions, clarify requirements and drive decision-making.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for successful project delivery.

• Japanese: Native-level communication skills. Candidates of non-Japanese nationality must hold JLPT N1 certification.
