Job Description
・Develop and execute sourcing strategies for new automotive programs.
・Manage BOM (Bill of Materials) sourcing activities in line with project milestones and cost targets.
・Lead supplier selection, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
・Monitor supplier development progress and resolve sourcing-related risks.
・Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to support part development and product launch readiness.
・Drive cost reduction initiatives through value engineering and supplier optimization.
・Track procurement KPIs, program risks, and sourcing performance.
・Conduct cross-functional reviews and provide sourcing updates to management.
・Support change management activities and maintain procurement-related data and reporting.
