Job Description
- Leading team of service supervisors and oversight over the shift planning, attendance closing, holiday, overtimes, sickness and recruitment within their teams and themselves
- Managing health, safety, and environmental (HS&E) agenda in cooperation with HS&E manager on the account
- Budget responsibility for the entrusted operations
- Monthly presentation of operational and financial results to the country manager as well as the global account management
- Managing quality inspections over the provided service and service quality KPIs as per customer contract
- Regular performance evaluation of your subordinates as well as driving communication and feedback culture throughout the account organization and staff
