・既存顧客との中長期的なリレーション構築および維持・強化
・顧客ニーズの把握および最適なソリューション提案
・アップセル・クロスセルを通じた売上拡大の推進
・主要顧客に対するアカウントプランの策定および実行
・社内のプロダクトチームやコンサルティング部門との連携
・契約更新および価格交渉のリード
・市場動向の把握およびビジネス機会の創出
