This is a great opportunity for an aspiring mechatronics engineer to work on the development of next-gen products that drive automation in logistics and manufacturing facilities. You will be involved in the entire product lifecycle, from initial conceptualization through to mass production, giving you a high degree of autonomy and significant influence over technical choices and design decisions. 業務 / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

本ポジションでは、自社プロダクトシステムおよびそのサブシステムにおける機械部品、各種センサー、基板等の設計および統合作業を担当します。CADを用いた3Dモデルや2D詳細図面の作成をはじめ、駆動モータやセンサー類の選定・評価、試作機の組み立て・テスト、不具合発生時の原因究明と対策まで幅広く対応します。あわせて、配線レイアウトの最適化、製造・組み立てを考慮した設計、仕様書や部品表などの各種技術文書の作成にも携わっていただきます。

設計から、試作・検証、製造プロセスへの橋渡しまで、製品開発の一連のプロセスに深く関わることができるポジションです。

業務例：

• 機械部品、各種センサー、基板等の設計および統合作業
• プロトタイプ開発、検証・評価
• トラブルシューティング及び原因分析
• 詳細設計・製図（２D、3D CAD)
• 各種コンポーネント選定
• 各種ドキュメンテーション（BoM、仕様書、手順書他）
• 現場・サプライヤー調整（品質保証で社内・顧客エンジニアとの調整、製造パートナーとの連携等）

In this position, you will be responsible for the design and integration of mechanical components, various sensors, and circuit boards for our proprietary product systems and their subsystems. Your scope of work will be broad, encompassing the creation of 3D models and detailed 2D drawings using CAD, the selection and evaluation of drive motors and sensors, the assembly and testing of prototypes, and the investigation and resolution of any technical issues that arise. Additionally, you will be involved in optimizing wiring layouts, designing for manufacturability and assembly, and preparing technical documentation such as specifications and bills of materials (BOMs).

This role offers the opportunity to be deeply involved in the entire product development lifecycle, from initial design and prototyping/verification through to the transition into the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and integration of mechanical components, sensors, circuit boards, etc.
• Prototype development, verification, and evaluation
• Troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Detailed design and drafting (using 2D and 3D CAD)
• Selection of various components
• Preparation of technical documentation (BOMs, specifications, procedural manuals, etc.)
• Coordination with production sites and suppliers (e.g., liaising with internal and customer engineers regarding quality assurance, collaborating with manufacturing partners, etc.)

Required Skills and Experience

メカトロニクス、機械工学、電気工学、または関連分野の学士号または修士号をお持ちの方で、以下のご経験をお持ちの方：

• 機械設計の実務経験2年以上
• レイアウト設計・レビューを含む3D CADスキル(SolidWorks, Altium、KiCAD)
• 機械システム組み立ておよびプロトタイピング
• トラブルシューティング・検証業務実務
• ビジネスレベルの日本語力および日常会話レベルの英語力、【または】ビジネスレベルの英語力および日常会話レベルの日本語力

A successful applicant is expected to have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field, and possess practical experience with;

• 2 or more years of practical experience in mechanical design
• 3D CAD skills (SolidWorks, Altium, KiCAD), including layout design and review
• Mechanical system assembly and prototyping
• Experience in troubleshooting and verification
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese and conversational-level English, [ OR ] business-level proficiency in English and conversational-level Japanese

• 産業機器の安全規格（ISO/JIS）、製図規格に関する知識

• Knowledge of safety standards (ISO/JIS) for industrial equipment and technical drawing standards
