【仕事内容】

顧客⽀援体制の強化と海外連携推進が⽬的です。
■職務内容：
当ポジションは保守業務にとどまらず、顧客課題の把握から技術提案、装置導⼊・量産⽴上げ、品質改 善までを⼀貫して推進するハイレベルなエンジニア職です。上流⼯程での提案⼒とプロジェクト全体を 統括する経験を積み、事業と技術の両⾯で価値を⽣み出せます（学習⽀援制度・有給取得しやすい⽂化 あり）
■業務詳細：
・半導体製造装置(Dryエッチング⼯程)のフィールドエンジニア業務
・装置搬⼊、据付、⽴上げに関する計画作成、進捗管理、品質・安全管理の統括。
・トラブル対応と根本原因分析、再発防⽌策の⽴案・実装。
・プロジェクトリーダーまたはマネージャーとしての推進（経験に応じて）、若⼿技術者の指導・育 成。
・業務プロセスの標準化や組織⽴ち上げへの参画、事業成⻑に資する改善活動。

・DRY装置のフィールドエンジニア経験者
