生産計画、需給管理、在庫最適化、サプライヤーとの調整業務を通じて、安定した生産・供給体制の構築および業務改善を推進いただくポジションです。
業務内容
生産計画の策定および進捗管理
需要予測、発注計画、およびサプライヤーとの納期調整
需給計画および発注管理を行い、適正在庫の維持を推進
在庫の最適化および在庫削減活動の推進
サプライチェーン部門やサプライヤーとの連携による安定供給体制の構築
生産・倉庫・物流オペレーションの改善および業務効率化
コスト削減施策の立案・実行
KPI管理および経営層へのレポーティング
応募資格
製造業における生産管理、生産計画、サプライチェーン、オペレーション管理等の経験
生産現場や製造プロセスに関する知識
業務改善・プロセス改善の経験
問題解決力および関係者との調整力
日本語・英語でのビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション能力
オランダ語力をお持ちの方歓迎
