職務概要
日系大手消費財メーカーの米国法人にて、9AM-5PM勤務(1日7時間勤務・1時間の有給ランチ休憩あり)のIndoor Sales Account Executiveを募集しています。既存顧客との関係構築や受注管理を中心に、営業活動をサポートするポジションです。顧客対応から社内調整、データ管理まで幅広く携わり、営業チームの中核として活躍していただきます。新卒の方から営業・カスタマーサービス経験者まで幅広く応募可能です。
職務内容
主に東海岸エリアの顧客との関係維持・強化および顧客対応
受注処理、問い合わせ対応、納期確認およびフォローアップ
社内関連部署との連携による正確な受注管理および出荷サポート
ExcelおよびCRMシステムを使用した顧客情報・売上データ管理
見積書作成、製品情報提供、顧客ニーズの把握など営業支援業務
未処理案件や出荷状況の管理および問題解決
営業部門の日常業務および各種事務業務サポート
定期的な営業出張への参加（約2か月に1度テキサス州・ジョージア州などへの出張あり）
応募資格
英語でのビジネスコミュニケーションが可能な方
高いコミュニケーション能力をお持ちの方
マルチタスク能力と優れたタイムマネジメントスキル
細部まで注意を払える方
Microsoft Officeの基本操作ができる方
カレッジレベル以上の学歴をお持ちの方歓迎
PMP、TOGAF、Agile/Scrum等の資格保有者歓迎
雇用形態 フルタイム（Non-exempt）
給与 USD50,000-60,000
