【概要】
大手総合商社にて、Business Development Senior Executive（M&A・新規事業開発・シナジー創出担当）を募集しています。
本ポジションでは、東南アジアを中心に、ICT（情報通信技術）および金融分野の新規事業創出や既存事業の拡大をご担当いただきます。
M&Aを通じた投資案件の実行から投資先企業の成長支援、事業シナジーの創出まで幅広く携わることができるため、経営・投資・事業開発のスキルを伸ばしたい方にとって魅力的なポジションです。
【ポジション】
【仕事内容】
・投資候補企業の発掘およびソーシング活動
・投資候補先との交渉および条件調整
・投資実行に向けた社内稟議・関係部署との調整
・投資案件のクロージング業務
・必要に応じた東京本社との折衝・協議
・月次・四半期レポートの作成
・各種会議への参加
・社内申請書類および報告資料の作成
【求める要件】
・JLPT N1レベル相当の日本語力をお持ちの方 （日本本社および日本人関係者とのコミュニケーションのため）
・ICT業界および／またはM&Aに関する実務知識・経験をお持ちの方
・Microsoft Excel、PowerPoint、Wordを実務レベルで使用できる方
・出張および会食・接待等への参加に柔軟に対応できる方
・主体的に業務を推進できる方
【その他】
・給与：SGD7,000～（経験・能力に応じて決定）
