Job Descriptions
Responsible for projects related to product and process quality to ensure quality products and total customer satisfaction.
Key personnel to interface with customers / suppliers / internal team related to quality issues and failure incidences.
Driving issues for root cause(s), corrective action, and monitoring for effectiveness.
Lead the internal team and prepare customer / Internal 8D report whenever there is quality issues.
Oversee quality inspection and testing of incoming, in process and outgoing product to confirm products quality meet the specification.
Manage non-conformance incoming parts and goods tin accordance with quality management system.
Job Requirements
Degree in Engineering or Science from recognized university or related field.
3 to 5 years of working experience in quality assurance, quality control or a similar role.
Analytical in problem solving.
Knowledge of mechanical drawing and quality core tools such as SPC, MSA, PPAP.
ISO9001 experience will be an added advantage.
Knowledge in the cable and connector industry will be an added advantage.
