About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Engineer to support engineering, maintenance and continuous improvement activities within a manufacturing environment. This role will focus on equipment reliability, troubleshooting, technical improvements and production support.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for production operations and equipment.

• Troubleshoot machinery and process-related issues.

• Assist with preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.

• Drive Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Support safety activities and risk reduction measures.

• Maintain technical records and reports.

• Support digitalisation, automation and data management activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.

• 1-3 years' experience in Engineering, Maintenance or Production Engineering.

• Manufacturing experience preferred.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Proactive, hands-on and eager to learn.
