A company providing IT and technical solutions is seeking an IT Support Engineer to support technical solution design, customer consultation, and project implementation.
Job Description
Conduct site surveys, analyze customer requirements, and recommend suitable technical solutions.
Prepare technical drawings, equipment lists, quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
Coordinate with Sales, Project Management, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project implementation and handover.
Monitor project estimates, drawings, schedules, and documentation.
Provide technical consultation to customers and research new products and solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Networking, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in technical design, implementation, and project management.
Strong networking knowledge and practical understanding of ELV, CCTV, IBS, and related systems.
Experience in site surveys, testing and commissioning, shop drawings, and technical documentation.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Fluent English, strong communication.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and travel frequently.
