Job Description
Job Title: Associate_ Production (Weld Shop)
Reporting To: Assistant Manager
Primary Role: Weld Shop Assembly
Experience Required: 5+ Years
Educational Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech
PRINCIPAL AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
MIP handling and deployment as required.
Red bin analysis and improvement activity.
Communicate with team and concern team group.
Produce parts meet with quality standards.
Reduce rejection and customer complaints.
Ensure compliance with all safety procedures.
KEY COMPETENCIES NEEDED:
Robotic teaching and programming proficiency.
Scrap reduction and strong analysis of findings.
Process knowledge and product knowledge.
Cycle time reduction and analysis.
Productivity improvement activity and control.
Cost reduction, downtime and efficiency improvement.
