Job Description
Drive Supplier Quality Improvement (SCQM) activities to enhance supplier quality performance.
Manage New Model Quality Assurance activities for supplier parts.
Conduct drawing reviews, technical feasibility studies, and part approval activities.
Review and approve gauge concepts and execute quality planning for new model parts.
Perform inspection and quality assessment of casting and machining components.
Conduct problem analysis, root cause identification, and countermeasure implementation to prevent recurrence.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure compliance with required quality standards and specifications.
