Overview

Our client is seeking a Senior Distribution Manager to build and own the online travel agency distribution strategy for an international hotel brand expanding in Japan. This role offers the unique opportunity to lead the entire Japan go-to-market strategy, shaping channel mix, partnerships, and pricing from the ground up. 主な責任:

• 日本市場向けの流通戦略を毎年策定し、責任を持つ
• 主要な国内OTAパートナーとの関係を交渉・管理する
• 強い需要を持つ新しい流通パートナーを特定し、オンボードする
• ホテルの開業前のデジタルおよび流通活動を監督する
• パフォーマンスデータを分析し、プラットフォームのランキングと価格設定を最適化する
• すべてのチャネルで料金の均一性を管理し、収益の漏れを防止する
• 国際本社および地域チームとの部門横断的な協力を主導する
• 日本の旅行消費者の行動に合わせた価格戦略を策定する
• ポートフォリオの拡大に伴い、現地の流通チームを構築・拡大する

要件:

• 日本のOTAまたはホテルのデジタル関連職での3〜5年の経験
• ネイティブレベルの日本語能力
• ビジネスレベルの英語能力
• データ分析のための高度なExcelスキル
• SQL、Googleアナリティクス、またはTableauの経験があれば望ましいが必須ではない
• OTAおよび流通パートナーとの強力な交渉スキル
• レートパリティ管理および収益漏れ防止の知識
• 日本市場向けのゴートゥーマーケット戦略の立案および実行能力
• ホテルの開業前のデジタルおよび流通活動の経験
• 日本の旅行消費者の予約行動に関する知識
