- 給与計算に関するエンドツーエンドのプロセスオーナーとして、品質・ガバナンス・コンプライアンスの向上を推進
- グローバル給与ベンダーおよび国内関連ベンダーのマネジメントとサービス品質管理
- HR、Finance、Digital、海外ハブチームなど多様なステークホルダーとの連携・調整
- 業務課題を特定し、監査リスクや従業員体験を考慮したTo-Beプロセスの設計・改善を主導
- 継続的な業務効率化・標準化プロジェクトを推進し、Payrollオペレーションの変革をリードする
