2027年春にフルリニューアル予定の「ホテルアラマンダ青山」にて、レストラン・バーにおいて、サービス品質の向上と店舗運営全般を担うマネージャーとしてご活躍いただきます。コンチネンタルレストラン、バーラウンジ、宴会・パーティーなど、さまざまなシーンでお客様に上質な時間を提供しながら、スタッフマネジメントや売上管理など幅広い業務を担当していただきます。
【主な業務内容】
・運営全般（売上・原価・人件費）管理
・スタッフの採用・育成・シフト管理（マネジメント経験活用）
・英語での顧客対応・VIP接客
・予約管理・顧客満足度向上施策の実行
・和英文での報告書・メニュー・案内作成
・本部・ホテルとの連携、品質・サービス管理

英語で接客経験のある方

ソムリエ資格またはワインに関する知識
レストラン立ち上げやリニューアルオープン経験
宴会・パーティー運営経験
複数店舗または複数業態の管理経験
