現地法人の事業運営に携わり、各国の市場での事業を軌道に乗せ、拡大させることで当社の国際化戦略を推進する役割を担って頂きます。担当エリアは欧州圏拠点を予定しております。
普段は現地とメールやWEBミーティングでコミュニケーションを取り、出張頻度は1年に1～3回程度です。
お任せする拠点は主にフランス、ポーランド、北アフリカ等から適性に応じてご担当いただきます。
【業務比率】
・海外販社の営業・マーケティング支援：40％
・各国での商品許認可申請、サプライチェーンの設定：30％
・各国市場の情報収集と分析、商品企画・開発、営業戦略の立案：10％
・海外販社の事業管理、経営戦略の立案：10％
・展示会、学会への出展手配：10％

■日本での就業経験がある方

■消費材メーカー経験者、海外営業や海外マーケ経験者
■JLPT2級～、英語TOEIC700～
■管理職採用の採用要件
・管理職経験、またはそれに準ずるマネジメント経験があること
