■担当業務
労務関連業務全般・人事施策等企画業務
■具体的には：
・給与計算、社会保険関連手続等労務業務全般
・労務の仕組み改善と組織文化形成に資する人事施策/福利厚生の拡充
・上記仕組みや制度を導入するにあたり必要な各従業員とのコミュニケーション（英語を含む）
・ストックオプションの運用サポート
・人事戦略に基づく制度の実行・運用
・海外子会社のHRサポート
・海外拠点を含む人事ポリシー・規程の設計サポート
・その他労務もしくは人事制度関連業務全般

Required Skills
■必須要件
・労務もしくは人事制度企画業務を自ら推進した経験
・規程変更、給与計算、社会保険関連手続を最初から最後まで自らが行った経験
・複数のHRシステム運用経験
・ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
・必要に応じて本社への出社が可能な方（出社日数は応相談）
■歓迎要件
・上場企業での労務実務経験
・グローバル展開や経営の複雑化に対応した人事制度企画の実務経験
・海外子会社のHR業務、またはEOR/PEOを用いた海外雇用の実務経験
・ストックオプションの運用経験
・人事制度/福利厚生の設計、運用経験
・生産性向上に資する企画立案～実行の経験
・経理経験
