Nespresso公式サイトに加え、Amazon・楽天などの外部ECチャネルにおける事業成長を推進するポジションです。eRetailer（ECモール・マーケットプレイス）を通じた売上拡大と顧客体験向上をミッションとし、EC運営、コンテンツ最適化、デジタルマーケティング施策の企画・実行を担います。
具体的には、eRetailer上での顧客体験の最適化や会員獲得施策の推進、売上・KPI管理、製品コンテンツや販促キャンペーンの展開、各ECプラットフォームへのコンテンツ配信管理、コンバージョン向上を目的とした広告・プロモーション施策の企画・実行を担当いただきます。
また、社内外の関係者と連携しながら、オンラインストアにおける製品情報やキャンペーンの展開を管理するとともに、ECプラットフォームの機能改善や新機能導入を推進します。データ分析に基づいた戦略立案を行い、売上拡大と業界トップクラスのデジタル顧客体験の提供を目指していただくポジションです。

・Amazon、楽天市場などのECモールにおける運営経験
・eCommerceビジネスに関する知識・理解、および日本市場のECトレンドへの高い関心
・売上管理、KPI分析・レポーティングの実務経験
・高いコミュニケーション力と調整力を有し、社内外の関係者と円滑に連携できる方
【歓迎要件】
・P L管理、価格戦略立案、売上管理の経験
・需要予測や需給計画の経験
・SEOおよび検索広告におけるROAS最適化に関する知識
・CRM およびメールマーケティングに関する知識
・多国籍・多様なバックグラウンドを持つメンバーとの協業経験
