世界中のVIP顧客のための、完全オーダーメイドのラグジュアリートラベルの企画 パートナー（職人の方々、ガイド、ホテル等）と連携した旅程設計、旅前・旅中・旅後まで一貫した顧客体験のプロデュースするチームをマネジメントしていただきます。
【業務内容】
● Travel / Experience案件の進行・品質管理
● Curator（Sales）チームマネジメント
● VIP顧客・重要案件のエスカレーション対応
● 外部パートナー・サプライヤーとの調整
● 売上・粗利・案件数・CS等のKPI管理・推進
● 業務プロセスの改善・標準化
● メンバーの採用・育成・評価
