国内外の展示会出展や学会発表の企画、および販促データの企画から研究開発部門と連携したデータ取得の推進まで（※実際の評価・分析は研究開発部門が担当）
・半導体業界特有の品質要求（パーティクル管理、低イオン品、クリーン工場）の調査および社内への落とし込み。

Required Skills
【必須】
・半導体後工程・先端パッケージング業界またはPKG基板業界における実務経験（営業、技術営業またはプロジェクトマネジメント）がある方。
【歓迎】
・研究開発部門、品質保証部門、製造部門などの多岐にわたる社内ステークホルダーとの利害調整・巻き込みの経験
・ビジネスレベルの英語力
・海外駐在経験
・TOEIC650点以上
【求める人物像・能力】
・他部門を巻き込む「高い推進力」と「調整能力」をお持ちの方
アイデア（企画）を出すだけでなく、研究開発部門や生産部門と信頼関係を築きながら「販促データ取得」や「半導体向けグレードの薬品品質確立」を泥臭く形にできる方。
・顧客目線・市場目線の「マーケティング思考」
「どんなデータがあれば展示会や学会で顧客（OSAT等）に響くか」を、技術と市場の両面からロジカルに分析し、仕掛けられる方。
・フットワークが軽く、変化を楽しめる柔軟性
国内外の各拠点への営業促進、海外展示会出展など、スピード感のある半導体業界のトレンド変化に臨機応変に対応できる方
