ビジネス部門との採用ニーズの確認
人材紹介会社との折衝
選考プロセス全般のハンドリング
■入退者受入れ業務全般
採用内定者とのオンボーディングに関するコミュニケーション
退職者との手続きに関するコミュニケーション
■その他
社内の組織開発、制度構築、新たな施策の実施：
従業員エンゲージメントの向上のためのアクションプラン策定や、チームビルディングなどの企画運用をお任せします。
加えて、今までの経験を活かしながら新たな施策の企画立案や、社内制度の構築にも関わっていただく予定です。
