■タイヤの開発エンジニアとして、タイヤ設計から試験評価、顧客対応、量産導入まで一貫して担当いただきます。
・OE（新車装着用）タイヤ開発プロジェクトの企画・推進ならびにプロジェクトリード
・顧客要求および社内性能要件を満たすための開発戦略の立案・実行
・タイヤ構造設計および関連技術・開発リソースを活用した製品開発
・試験・評価結果の分析および要求仕様との適合性確認
・タイヤ試作、評価試験、顧客納入までのスケジュール管理・コーディネーション
・承認された製品仕様の量産導入および量産品質のモニタリング
・OE事業戦略に沿った開発課題の解決および技術提案
・技術開発プロジェクトへの参画および顧客承認取得プロジェクトのリード

・研究開発（R D）領域での実務経験をお持ちの方（製品開発やタイヤ業界での経験歓迎）
・グローバル環境において、多様な関係
