・事業部のFinance Director（ファイナンスディレクター）へのレポートライン
・事業部のコマーシャルチームに対するファイナンス・ビジネスパートナーとして活動
・Finance Managerと連携し、事業部における予算策定、フォーキャスト、マネジメントレポーティング業務全般をリード・サポート
・設備投資（CAPEX）、変動費・固定費、人員管理（Headcount Management）、運転資本（Working Capital）の管理
・弊社の他事業部門のファイナンスチームと連携し、月次決算レポートなどを含む定期的なサポートを日本拠点のグローバルファンクションチームへ提供
・Finance Directorの指示のもと、担当事業またはJapan全体に関わる戦略プロジェクトの推進を支援
・財務諸表の正確性および完全性を確保するためのモニタリング業務を支援。また、関連法規制および倫理・コンプライアンス方針への準拠を確保

・外資系ヘルスケア業界での経験
・日本語・英語のバイリンガル能力（会話・読解・ライティング）
・VBA／マクロの使用経験
・日本CPAまたはUSCPA資格保有者
