・広告・販促物に関する法務審査
・社内各部門からの法務相談対応
・コンプライアンス・法務研修の企画・実施
・訴訟・紛争案件への対応
・安全保障輸出管理業務
・経営課題や事業戦略に関わる各種プロジェクト支援

・海外拠点の設立支援
・国内外のM A案件対応（法務DD、契約交渉、PMI等）
・グループ会社再編・組織再編プロジェクト
・新規事業やグローバルビジネスに関する法務支援
